OKAY! SO! I have not written a journal in some time. How sad. Anyways, I have improved my skills at photomanipulating. I'm not like a pro or anything (far from it), but, I'm doing pretty well. Thanks to all the tutorials from DeviantART. (Thank you so much!) I'm really happy and excited. You can really see a difference in my manipulations. Personally, I think the most recent ones are a lot nicer than some of the ones I did about, what? four months ago? October-ish.

Anyways, because I am quite content with my manipulation skills (and will be learning more) I have decided to make a little series of photomanipulations. The series is called Witchlight which is inspired by part Charmed (tv series), Night World (book series), and a story I'm writing (hopefully to become best-selling and #1 on New York Times Bestsellers.) The theme is basically witches. I do have one piece done, The Burning. I am particularly very proud of that piece. I am coming up with a new piece soon, called The Wiccaning.

On another note, I will not be using the DeviantART water mark because 1: it's big and oogly and 2: it covers up the work. Instead, I will be putting my own watermark on my work. Now, some of my pieces do NOT have a water mark on them. Therefore, please, please, please, do NOT steal my work.
Speaking of art theft. Those who are members of my group, I'm very sorry I haven't been doing well at promoting stopping art theft. I'll try harder and thanks for those that have stuck with the HelpStopArtTheftNOW.

I also want to thank everyone. I have reached +2,000 views. And thanks for the many favs and I'm sorry if I haven't exactly replied "Thanks for the fav(s)!" And thanks for the watches. That means A LOT! So, thank you for the watches and I'm sorry I haven't thank you for them. I've been really busy with school starting back, snow days, and not to mention, I have two of the teachers that LOVE to give a lot of work. Also, I'm sorry I haven't replied to you if you've said "Thanks for the fav," or anything of the like. Like I said, I've been busy. But! You're welcome! I'm glad to fav your work and it deserves the fav that it gets.

I don't think I mentioned this, but guess who got a Nikon for Christmas. Here's a hint, this girl! Yes, yes, it is true. I shall learn how to use my Nikon D3000 and I will be better at photography. I am very excited and will post some pictures on here.
